When I try to create an optimized version of some files it just sits at 0% and never progresses. Also there is a que of files to be optimized in conversions that I cant remove?
Any help is appreciated

For future reference: Please turn on DEBUG logging again (you turned it off) and recreate the problem before posting logs. The logs you provided are of minimal use.
I did find you are monitoring more folders than DSM 7 can monitor using the default table size. (a well organized Photos library is the most common cause of overflowing the table)

This procedure will calculate how many folder slots you need and then configure the Synology to accommodate that size.
Please apply this first, Turn DEBUG logging back on, Restart DSM, and recreate what isn’t working.
Hi ChuckPa, many thanks for you fast reply and advice. I have turned on DEBUG logging and run the folder increase script you suggested.
I then tried to optimize a TV episiode and it started but stopped.
I have uploaded more logs if you could please have a look.

Sorry after the optimize stopped and said waiting I uploaded the logs. It appears to have started again now…
You have a permissions problem for /volume1/TV Other.
PlexMediaServer can’t read (or write) it.

After seeing these errors, are you attempting to store Optimized versions in that shared folder ?
Thanks ChuckPa, appreciate you checking the logs for me. No there’s been no attempts to store optimized versions there.
Can you see any other issues in the logs? Did I manage to increase the monitoring fodlers correctly?

There are no other errors showing in your logs.
Would it be possible for you to recreate the error and capture another set of logs?
