For future reference: Please turn on DEBUG logging again (you turned it off) and recreate the problem before posting logs. The logs you provided are of minimal use.
I did find you are monitoring more folders than DSM 7 can monitor using the default table size. (a well organized Photos library is the most common cause of overflowing the table)

This procedure will calculate how many folder slots you need and then configure the Synology to accommodate that size.
Please apply this first, Turn DEBUG logging back on, Restart DSM, and recreate what isn’t working.
