Hi, when I try to optimize a file I get the following error:

Personally plex optimize has Never worked for me.

The “optimize” work fine in PC of my friends…

Can you translate that error for me? To English.

Can you try to optimize a file again, then after you see the failure, get me the logs from PMS.
