Request:
As a Home Admin, I would like the ability to disable the Rewind and Fast Forward features for specific managed accounts within Plex.
Context:
My children (aged 8-10) often skip through movies by rewinding or fast-forwarding, which disrupts their viewing experience. They tend to lose interest in slower scenes, leading them to rewind to their favorite parts or fast-forward through other sections. This results in them starting multiple movies without fully watching any, ultimately missing key elements of the story and not fully understanding the movie.
Having the option to disable these features for their accounts would help ensure they watch content in its intended sequence without distractions.
Additional Notes:
- The children have been instructed not to use the rewind or fast-forward features, but they continue to do so.
- They primarily watch on iPads, and locking the screen is not a viable solution as they can operate their devices independently.
