Dear all.
As Plex can also download subtitles, but it doesn’t store the subtitles in the same folder as the media. I would like to see an option (in the settings) where you can say that subtitles are being downloaded to the same folder as the media is in. So when for what reason, you need to redo the library (HD crash, new NAS or whatever) you can scan the media folders and have the correct subs in it. And you don’t need to try and find the correct ones over and over again.
I read somewhere on this forum, that Plex didn’t do this as they don’t want to modify your media or media folder. But please then let the user (of the server) be the person that can decide what and where they want the subtitles to be download to. If the user doesn’t mind, then I don’t see why Plex then would mind.
