Option to "lock" chosen Poster, Background, etc

It would be nice to not have posters etc change at random (on refresh or whatever the case).

There’s actually already an existing feature suggestion thread discussing the option to explicitly lock posters/artwork. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.

Lock Posters

Ability to lock posters the same way you can lock other fields. Regardless of the official statement posters do change. I’ve searched multiple posts on here and reddit where people experience the same issue but regardless posters do sometimes change. I’ve read "When you manually select a poster it is automatically flagged as locked in the Plex server database. "… but many many people have experienced this change, it definetely happens. I don’t know why out of all the fields that you can lock …
