Option to not require encryption on the local network, regardless of external encryption preferences

I have a Vizio “Smart” TV that won’t update the Plex app to something that can handle encryption. I don’t really need encryption on the local network.

Can you add a setting to make both local network and external network encryption configurable instead of controlling the entire server’s encryption requirements?
