Option to Show # of Active Streams in ALL Players

Currently, the Plex app on Windows (and possibly elsewhere) shows a little icon with a number beside it that indicates the number of currently active streams. For those of us sharing a Plex server from home with (very) limited outbound bandwidth (I get about 12M/s out, but 300M/s in) it would be GREAT if our users could see that the server is already serving 3 or 4 others before they start watching something, and/or when they start seeing bandwidth issues. Right now, that always results in texts that ask if my server is having a problem and my response is that all six of my friends & family are trying to watch things at the same time and I just don’t have enough bandwidth to support that.

I have no problem if this is off by default, but allow the SERVER to determine whether or not this should be shown to the users. And add something like the icon and number in the Windows Plex app to all of the players.

Please?

EDIT: Alternately, we could enter out outgoing bandwidth as a server setting and the players could display what’s currently being used, e.g. 3/12 M/s when current streams are using 3M/s out an available 12M/s. That might be even more useful, and the server must certainly know the number.
