Does outgoing traffic from the plex server go over 32400?
Trying to set some routing up on my server and just want to make sure.
I have incoming come in on 32401 but it is natted to the internal port on 32400.
Thanks,

the source port for outgoing traffic from the server is a random port.
And can not be configured? Sorry just have multiple items in my network and was hoping this would be a simple solution
No, a random source port will be used to establish a session. This is standard practice unless you are talking about ipsec or something like that. Can you help us understand why you want or believe you need to hard code the source port?

I can. I want to use a specific External IP address with ISP redundancy and if I can't hard code this port, ISP Redundancy with Plex will NOT work. The socket connection goes into never-never land, never reaching the Android device that initiated it.
Plex really needs to be a little more flexible with it's IP routing.
On a similar topic of outgoing traffic from the plex client on windows 10. I’ve noticed my router logging traffic every 15 min over the plex port even though the plex client has not been run. Does the client call home every 15 min? Android clients don’t generate this traffic. I’ve uninstalled the plex client on windows 10 to see if this quiets things down. It could be another app trying to leverage my plex server port. Anyone else notice this traffic on windows 10 clients which are not running.
