Passout Protection does not work on Xbox

I have an Xbox Series-X and an Xbox One-X. On both consoles, no matter what I have the Passout Protection timer set to, it is ignored in the app. I’ve never once seen it prompt me between video plays since this feature was released. And no, there’s no input action from me. Controllers are disconnected and the only thing driving the xbox is a TV remote that’s sitting idle on an end table or night stand.

So almost a month and not even so much as a “we’ll take a look at it”. Why did I give you money?

Man you too huh? I can’t seem to get anyone to talk about this. Staying to think I’ll be getting a refund since I’m this is the main reason I bought it and it doesn’t even work
