It would be nice to rate the movies in my library by my rating or my household viewer rating. I see that this was suggested back in 2013 and the thread just ended without any remediation. I am resurrecting this idea.

I take it’s safe to assume you’re not referring to just rating your movies?
Something like sharing your ratings (and optionally reviews) with others (e.g. family and friends)?
