[Feature Request] Let users rate episodes/movies and poll ratings for others to see

There are many times I am just scrolling through my list of movies and realize I have seen approximately 30% of them. I have no idea what I want to watch, but if my friends or other users have watched a certain movie via my server… then it would be nice to see what people thought of the movie. This would be a lot easier than me texting them and asking what they thought of every movie they have seen.

Feature:

• Allow users on all platforms to star rate a movie (they do not have to watch it, but could rate it based on seeing it elsewhere)
• Display a polled rating on each movie.
  i.e. - The Godfather - Rated 4.6 stars from 16 users.

I like the fact that we could rate movies in Plex and that we would have for example rates of plex users for some movies (if users allow share or their rates of course)…

This would be a fantastic feature. It would be even better if Home users could also vote on movies.
