Personal Media Metadata Agent - collection names

Is there a personal media agent that will take the of the directory the media is stored in and add that as the summary/collection name?

I tend to store:
\2010-03 Birthday\

  • MOV01A.MPG
  • MOV01B.MPG

\2011-03 Birthday\

  • MOV02A.MPG
  • MOV02B.MPG

And would like the the summary and collection names to be set to the “2010-03 Birthday” for the first folder and “2011-03 Birthday” for the 2nd folder.

Actually the same agent for photos would be great also.
