Can anyone give a quick clarification as to which smartTV OS’s natively support PGS subtitles?
Specifically I was looking at a new GoogleTV or Roku (I like the interface better on these) but wanted to be sure before I made a purchase.

GoogleTV uses the Android client, and Android natively supports PGS/VOB.
Roku does not. Enabling PGS on a Roku results in video transcoding and subtitles burning.
