Funktioniert PLEX (muss man aus Google PlayStore, der da wohl drauf ist, installieren) um dann vom lokalen PLEX-Server Medien auf den TV zu zaubern?

Probier’s doch einfach aus.
Wenn das ein normales Android TV Betriebssystem ist, spricht nichts dagegen.
