My cloud server does not properly display pictures, the photos are not resizing to the proper resolution for display.
Pictures look like they are zoomed in. (Cloud Server is working with One Drive)
This happens using my TV Roku app as well as on my laptop.
I purchased the Plex Pass for the single purpose of using the cloud server option, this is very frustrating.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? can any one assits?

Very disappointing, I purchased the full subscription for the sole purpose of using the cloud server and it does not properly render the picture albums.
What I am supposed to do to get a frigging response, what are the steps on getting my money back?

Useless information for the problem I am having. Again, I don’t have an issue displaying pictures stored on my Plex server, the rendering issue I have is with pictures on the CLOUD SERVER!
I purchase the Premium subscription specifically for this functionality.
