Photos library not playing videos

Hello,

I have a Photos library running on a Synology DS918+ (DSM 7.0-41890) that’s having issues with iOS and tvOS devices not being able to play videos. When clicking directly on a video to play, this server log is generated:

“LPE: invalid url: library://x/directory/”

The client devices show this error message:

“Couldn’t retrieve the play queue for this item. Please try again.”

Choosing Play on the enclosing folder does not cause an issue, and the video plays normally. As well, Plex Web clients do not have an issue choosing the video directly to play.
