Server Version#: 1.21.1.3795
Player Version#: 7.11
server and iOS updated in last 2 days. Since then nothing will play or sync on iOS devices. iPhone and iPad both. Web browser on iOS devices works fine as well as all other players and streamers.
Confirming this same problem on IOS (multiple versions), but works fine on Android. To replicate on IOS:
~ Add a mp4 file to your photos collection
~ Select library view
~ select the mp4 file to play
~ Error appears
This error does not appear when in ‘timeline’ view and file plays ok.
Plex Server Version 4.47.3 on Ubuntu 18.04.5
