I have been using Plex on Synology for at least 2 years but the last few updates I have “There are no items in this library” for photos. I haven’t changed anything and there are MANY photos but plex will no longer add them to the photo library. They are jpgs in folders and, as I said it was working and nothing has changed except plex updates.
Anyway to get photos scanned into library again? I tried deleting the library and readding it but it scans for less than a minute and says “There are no items in this library”.
The updates have changed your file and folder permissions and they need to be reset.
