Sorry if the subject has already been mentioned but i would like to know if there is a way to insert an illustration in the reading list covers. indeed, initially plex creates an illustration with movie or tv posters,
I changed the poster of this square which represents my lists, in plex app, it appears but on my apple tv no, I just have the library cover cut.
How to do ? , are there specific
dimensions? Thank you for your help
The Apple TV client does not yet show the poster you selected/uploaded for your playlists. Given the option to set a custom playlist poster is relatively new, it’s a fair guess this will also come to the Apple TV at some point in the future.
Just catching up on this suggestion.
It appears Plex have recently fixed this (at least I’m now seeing all playlist posters on the TestFlight version of Plex for Apple TV and iOS 8.15). I’ll therefore consider this as implemented (or about to be) 
2023 clean-up: should have been fixed/implemented with Plex for Apple TV 8.15
