Custom Playlist Art not recognised by Plex app on phone or TV

Hi, can anybody help?

I have created some custom art / posters for my playlists that is recognised on my PC desktop version of plex.

See below:

However this is not recognised by Plex on my TV or my phone and where the cover is the conventional 4 image split as in image below

All apps are up to date. Any suggestions?
