Plans for sonic analysis caching for plexpass subscribers

I am unfortunately one of the plexpass subscribers who would love to try out sonic analysis, but doesn’t want to give up all the benefits of FreeBSD / TrueNAS (ZFS in particular).

I know “active” sonic analysis won’t be coming to FreeBSD due to missing dependencies (on a side note, it would be great to know what these are, so we can maybe help to port them over).
But is there anything preventing Plex (the company) from storing the sonic analysis results on its side, and serving them “passively” to plexpass subscribers on FreeBSD / TrueNAS? Unless I am mistaken, sonic analysis is a form of acoustic fingerprint, so the sonic analysis of a given song should be pretty much identical for all versions, and certainly all listeners, of that song, no?
