Add a button to play all video files in a particular folder.
I use Plex for home movies, and use the Folder view to play them. As these movies are 30 seconds each, it is annoying to manually trigger each video in order.
This simple addition would remove friction from an otherwise brilliant product!
Make a playlist.
Lot of work for (approx) 15 folders per year… vs a better UI.
There’s an existing feature suggestion discussing the lack of shuffle, play or add-to-playlist options while displaying a library by folder. The thread title of that suggestion however only emphasizes the shuffle aspect of the suggestion (edited that to make it more obvious).
I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting/cannibalizing votes.
Unless we might miss some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
