Play trailer when browsing in Home or Recommended on Plex TV client

I really enjoyed a feature on Netflix that allows you to view a sneak preview or trailer by simply hovering over or pausing on a title on the home screen.

I suggest implementing a similar feature in Plex TV client apps, specifically within the “Home” or “Recommended” movie views.

Here’s how it could work: When you pause on a movie title in the “Recommended” view, a trailer could automatically display in the upper-right corner, replacing the current background image.
The trailer could be sourced either from the Plex Pass database or from locally stored files, accessible via the extras “trailer” folder/file, for users who have this feature.

There’s already an existing suggestion asking for such an option. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
