Playback/Buffering issues with server on 2023 model Samsung TV

Hi, I recently upgraded my TV to a 2023 model. I had 2021 model prior and watch my library without issues. Lately, I have been experiencing playback issues on some content I have.
For example, when playing a show in 4k it will play 15 seconds in then it will buffer until I get a message stated that there was an issue with playback. If I play the same show episode in 1080 I have no issues.
My other issue is with another show that is in 1080 will play fine until I try to fast forward or rewind it will buffer until I get a playback error.
Prior my new TV I cannot remember having any of these issues. My old TV was a Samsung QN85 series. My new TV is a Samsung QN90 series. I have everything updated on TV and PC/Server. I use a free Plex account, I’m not sure if that matters but worth mentioning.
If anyone can please help me I would truly appreciate it.

Same for me with my 2023 Samsung smart tv…
It is the Plex Application running on the TV which is the problem, as if I use plex on Xbox, or Shield everything works fine.
