Not sure if this is the correct place to post, apologies if not…I have a Plex Media Server set up on my local network, server also connects directly to my HT receiver. I can access all content without problem on this server via the HT receiver. Server has a wired connection to my local network and also WiFi connection. I have a Roku Ultra 4k streamer with a wired connection to the local network. When I try to access content on the server via Plex app on Roku, I get audio and can view library and metadata, but video playback presents only a blank screen. In another room, I have Vizio M558-G1 TV running Plex app, and connected to local network via WiFi, but this TV does not even see the server. Any help would be welcome!
