Why can I play my (Video: 3840x2160 * 46.3 Mbps * HEVC 153 Main 10) files perfectly every time when my – Playback Settings – under - Select Audio Stream – is any – Audio 2,3,4. But when I choose - Audio 1 – the file will never play at all?
I don’t know what “Audio 2,3,4” means. If you mean those are different audio streams then, what types of streams are they and what type of stream is #1 ?
and what Plex Player are you trying to play it on and what is the version number
what is your Plex Media Server installed on and what is the version number.
