When playing back certain MP4 files (TV shows) on my Apple TV 4K using the New Enhanced Player the shows stutter, when I turned on the onscreen logging it shows that it struggles to buffer and therefore stutters. If I pause it I can watch the cache build and once played it will play fine until the cache is emptied and then stutter again. If I turn off direct play or turn to the old player the issue goes away but I get random media playback errors after after a few minutes playing other content, if I accept the error and try and play the other files again they play fine for a bit and then minutes later see the issue again so it’s not ideal.
Is anyone else seeing this issue? It just started happening with these files.
