Played status of movie/serie

Hi guys,

I have a question about the status of an movie or tv show that is being played.
I downloaded an tv show automaticly and when I go to my tvshow episoides I sometimes see that an episode is watched for a few minuts. The strange thing is that I did not play it at all.

I have mulitple “friends” on the Plex server but all using their own accounts.

I hope I have described it correctly and am really curious how to fix this. This thi sproblem I mis a lot of shows and movies. Movies/episodes I have not seen are set to played.

Love to hear some trics/solution

Do you have the Tackt.it plug in installed. That by defaults uses your admin account to track all users. There is a setting in the plugin to set it per user.

Thanks for your reply! I do use Trakt.TV plugin. But I can not find the setting for ALL or individual users?

Do I also need to edit the " Update rules" ???

Or is the " Update filters" enough to change?

I don’t use trakt.tv myself.
Just following the instruction in the link should be sufficient.
