Playing Back Content on Android Mobile // Unable to Minimize Player and Browse Library

I switched from iPhone to Android not too long ago.
I have never ran Plex on an Android phone before. From my iPhone XR, I would be able to watch a TV/Movie and then minimize the player so I could then browse my Plex library.
I’ve noticed that I am not able to perform the same action on Plex in Android ( I use an S24 Ultra).

Is there a setting that I am missing to be able to browse my library AND playback content? I am not referring to picture-in-picture mode which does work for me.
