Playing now-queue not working

Good day

I am having a frig of a time with trying to get the Plexamp up next-playing now queue to display on my devices

IE Fiio M27,AK - Sp3000T

But how and where the frig is the up next queue so I can rearrange order of songs?

Google AI says

During Playback: When a track is playing, open the Now Playing screen. The “Up Next” queue can usually be viewed by tapping the Queue icon (often looks like a list) to show what is coming next in the album, playlist, or station.

That does not help because I have no idea what or where that is lol

On bottom of screen I have a

Home button,a music note icon,a search symbol,a download button , and the settings button

None of those display the queue

Explain it to me as if I am daft, because I am lol

PS On Plexserver on PC I have all libraries pinned.I cannot sus how to do that on M27 UGH

I have cleared cache on devices, and have tried every bit of advice a google search advises me

Queue control is integral to my experience

Please advise

PS It seems i do get a up next queue on my samsung android phone

On a typical mobile screen (i.e. portrait orientation), you swipe up the player screen.

This [How To] Plexamp 4.6.1 is not exactly fresh, but it should cover the basics.

Thank you

But no, that does not work

I am thinking 1 of 2 things

This program in not very intuitive and made for folks with higher IQs than mine,or this queue issue is an issue that needs fixed?

To top the frustration off with a cherry, even when I get queue control it is extremely limited to about 12 tracks in view,no matter how large

It is also limited to the LP that is playing

PS
It appears I can only access and control a queue when I play one LP at a time

If I add anything to this, I lose up next-queue control

So if I am playing an LP, I can access the up next/queue control, but if I add anything, I lose that option
I really am being cautious to blurt out “POS” software, as I may have missed a step. It is not very intuitive, at least for music. It does appear that music was an afterthought, as many people who use it for movies/videos praise it

But at this rate no way I’ll be purchasing the full paid app

When the queue does work, paid or not, you are still limited to viewing about 12 tracks, no matter how many you have queued. How hard is it to write a wee line of code for this?

Other than Jellyfin (no thanks), what are my options for something more intuitive than this plexamp?

Maybe this is really good software(but many folks are saying the same thing I am about the queue), and is only meant for higher IQs than me  It is not very intuitive.

If I add a track to Up Next.I can skip to it, but I cannot go back, WTF
