Hi, can someone try playing this video file in Plex? doesn’t work well with my Plex, but plays ok in Windows Media Player on my PC running Windows 10

that was the most horrific thing I’ve seen in quite some time… If I had to guess, there might be 4 frames a second that display in a Player - I used VLC - no way am I putting that on my server.
MediaInfo reports what looks like it might be OK (if you don’t count the 500Kbps), but the actual encoding has gone very, very wrong.
Apparently Windows Media Player is a miraculous, supernatural invention, backwards engineered from Alien Technology - if it plays that “OK” and VLC falls flat on it’s face… Call Ripley or NASA or both.
thanks, I downloaded the 3 episodes of season 2 and the other two are ok, so I’ll just delete this one and find another one.
There you go. Inspect those things a bit closer and shoot for a little more bit rate and quality - that was awful. And, of course, that ‘provider’ should go, immediately, on your ____list.
