Not sure if this is being fixed, but I can't add to a playlist created by my iPad from the Web
That obviously _should_ work. Please could you provide details of how you create the playlist in iOS, and what happens when you try and add from web?
The only edge case I can currently think of is if the playlist is a smart playlist - since you can't manually add to these. These should have a cog overlay on the playlist posters.
