Playlist No Longer Show Up Under 'Playlist'

Player Version#: 4.16.4 (web client)
OS Version for Server: 18.04
OS Version for Player: Mac (web client)

When ‘Playlist’ is selected the only it does not show any of my music playlists (which are the only playlists I have). It just reads “There are no items in Photo” in the middle of the window. Help!

Edit: They show up when connecting, via the web client, directly to the plex server using IP address. It DOES NOT show up when using the plex.tv method–which HAS to be used for casting…Help!
