Playlists missing after QNAP NAS migration

Player Version#: Unsure, we’re having the same problem whether playing through mobile phones, Android Auto, our LG tv, and a PC

We recently had our QNAP NAS device fail, but the disks were fine, so the QNAP support folks helped us to migrate it to a new QNAP TS-264-8G. We were able to successfully migrate the disks to the new unit and to restablish our Plex Media Server by claiming our Plex Media Server files… All except for the playlists. Everything else, such as recently played files, etc. appears to be present.

Can anyone help us to restore the playlists we previously had? I do have a backup of the previous volumes when they were part of the old QNAP unit, if that’s any help. Thanks!
