I see some other feature suggestions on this subject but they are all closed with no action taken. I have finally, successfully imported 935 iTunes playlists into Plex. Plex shows all the songs in each, no matter how many songs. Everything is great.
The problem is that, because of so many playlists, and with many that start with the same couple of words followed by varying years or other designation (e.g. “Classic Rock - 1970-1979, 5-star”), it is really hard to see which is which. I end up having to hover over them.
You have a Grid, List and Summary for the Library tab, it shouldn’t be that hard to add this to Playlists. Seriously, this should practically be nothing more than copying the code from the Library tab to the Playlist tab. (I realize it’s not “that” simple, but we’re just talking about presenting a list).
Since this has been requested several times and not acted on yet, can you help people like myself who would really appreciate a List view for the Playlist tab? I know it might not be one of the more in-demand items, but every customer should count, shouldn’t they?
