Is there a channel for the Playon Media server on the Rasplex

If you had looked in the Plex Channel Forum you would have found this https://forums.plex.tv/topic/69969-playon-plugin/

Basically, if any channel is available for Plex it will probably play on Rasplex, although there are a few exceptions.

The Rasplex Devs do not code Channels for Plex.
