So it plays from the Rasplex client?
As I see it, it should not bee so heavy as for a example youtube only stream.

The simple answer is just "No", but you probably want a little more detail.
RasPlex is a direct port of "Plex Home Theater", which is a pure Plex client.
Like all such clients it will only access any media through a PMS server.
Both local media files and online channels must first be defined to the PMS server before any clients can access them.
This is done through the Plex/Web media manager accessed through your normal web browser.
If you can add the channel to your PMS server, then you can access that channel through RasPlex, as well as other Plex clients.
But without adding the channel to your PMS server, access to it from RasPlex will be impossible.
There are a lot of channels available for use by PMS (and thus for all Plex clients), so it's quite likely that what you want is available.
