There’s 2 independent domains of live tv:

  1. Plex’ own online media source Free “Live TV” Streaming
  2. Live TV as part of a DVR integration → Watching Live TV | Plex Support

Yes. And is there also a way to add live TV channels to m3u file playlist in video from Plex server or not?

Not natively… is that what you’re asking for?
There’s already an existing suggestion about this – the suggested solution is to use a 3rd party app that’ll simulate a compatible tv tuner for Plex in order to integrate those streams

You can use xteve to get m3u and channel guide into Plex.
