Please add Plexmail so members of a Plex Users Group can easily communicate

Hmm, that was a pretty good sentence. Thing is, my family who use my server are spread out and when I add content I send them an email. I think it would be much better to have the communication option in Plex itself. This would not just be convenient, it would also promote more usage of the app as the communication would bring people in. Heck, you could have a bot send out messages when new content is added, say once a month. Let people opt out of course, but I know it would be a good feature for me, and I think it would be a good feature for everyone.

Plus, newly added items feature already prominently on the Home page of each user.

As great as tautulli is none of my users care to logon to another website to look at things. At the very least a MOTD feature would be ideal for the clients or better yet integrated I’m type feature for server push notices. Scheduled maintenance. Going down for reboot. Top 10 new videos. Etc…

Tautulli enables you to create mailings of newly added items.
There is no need for your users to use Tautulli themselves.
