Please add the zoom function from Plex HTPC to the regular Windows app. I recently purchased an ultra-wide screen monitor, and discovered a lot of video files out there have embedded black bars top and bottom.

The zoom feature would allow me to easily correct this.

Please define “regular Windows app”. Do you mean “Plex for Windows” which is available as a separate download here? https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app

Yes the windows app that you download and install. That is a great workaround I was unaware of, however I still believe a small set of buttons on the playback bar would still be desired.
