Please allow selecting an audio output

On MacOS (at least) it’s common for audio-using apps to be able to select an audio device other than the system default. For example, videoconference applications are able to specifically use a headset output/mic instead of the system default of the main speakers. This is critical for a reproducible environment, and also critical for still having alert sounds after I take my headset off at the end of a call. Similarly, when I’m listening to music (with my external DAC) I often don’t want the notifications blasting into my headphones, and if I take my headphones off, I don’t want to miss pings and emails because I don’t hear the notifications without remembering to switch the system default back to the main speakers.

Put me in this boat too. I really want to use plexamp to play on my studio monitors.
