There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to adjust the autoplay behavior to be more like Netflix.
Similarly there’s existing feature suggestions to disable the countdown (playing the next episode immediately) or to adjust the countdown duration (0 sec → play immediately or amount of seconds).
I recommend you comment/vote in the applicable threads in order to avoid distracting/dispersing or cannibalizing votes. Unless I’m missing some unique aspect, I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
