Can the next episode countdown start during the last 15 seconds of the episode? Seems pointless to wait 15 seconds afterwards or need to pick up the remote to skip the countdown.
It would be cool if the next episode queued in the credits of the prior, but I’d also be happy if they removed the timer altogether.
I suppose the recent introduction of credit detection (and skipping) should cover/address this suggestion.
I wouldn’t assume so? I can’t speak for the OP, but I’d really like that timer either gone, or as the OP states, counting down in the final 15 of the previous episode. I’d like a seamless end and start the next episode experience without having to press a button or wait at all inbetween.
Personally, I think with the addition of credit skip, that timer becomes even more useless.
Well… there’s a separate suggestion for that, discussing an option to customize the countdown or set it to 0 in order to skip to the next video in your queue right away.

2023 clean-up: this should be covered by the introduction of Skip Intro/ Intro Detection (implemented); there’s already a number of dedicated suggestions addressing auto-play/auto-progression and adjusting the 15 second countdown (duplicate)
