Has anyone got the below message before when trying to launch plex. It lets me get as far as logging in. I have checked all firewalls, and this does not seem to be the problem. Any help is appreciated. 
"Plex is not reachable. Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access".
A few of us have seen this when launching Plex in Internet Explorer, but it works in Firefox and Chrome. Do you have either of those to try? If it turns out to be the same for you, the problem has been reported to the developers.
