To any Plex employees looking at this… I’ll make you a deal. Instead of watching the 20 minutes that it took me to fix less than half of my library, why don’t you spend that time fixing some of your bugs? Maybe add some of the locking that you’re obviously missing around the scanner/add-new-album process? I get that’s not as shiny as adding new features that no one asked for, wanted, or will ever use like emailing all your friends what you watched every week; but it really would be nice to not have to waste an hour+ fixing this crapfest any time I re-tag my music library.
For bonus points: look at me trying to fix The Fame Monster around 10 minutes in. I had to move the files out, delete the albums in Plex, and move them back in. Why? Fix match works for everything else!
