Re scanning the library VS recreate it for having my song showing up in my library

Having issue with my song showing up in the librairy, it showing the wrong artist even if the file tag attributes are correct, even if I rescan the librairy it change nothing, I add to remove the complete librairy at all, and re add it after, and rescan everything for long time… Note I’m talking here with a good file path struture.
Why I need to remove completely my library and add it back to have my song recongnized by Plex and show up in my library, instead of just re scanning it ?
apparently a bug, but since the time everybody has this kind of issue, why this is not fixed ?
Do you have another trick to resolve that ?
