Plex’s music metadata should not only be in English, we need translation, or plex should be open to user editing like lastfm.
Look at the Asian music metadata plex is getting now, it is not complete at all, and some of the artist photos are not pretty.
This advice has been made countless times, but why do not feel the official attention.
Plex doesn’t have its own metadata. Plex retrieves metadata from MusicBrainz.
Putting beckfield’s response aside… please don’t double-post suggestions.
You’ve already added that very same comment to an existing suggestion about translating artist biographies and information.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion here, I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
