Our Vizio P65 TV supports all of the media players we use, including Plex, quite well. The one gap is DVR, where we have to go back to our TiVo. Is there any hope of getting DVR support on Vizio TVs?

Bad news, it may be best solution. To buy a box like a Roku, ATV, Shield.
