Please support the closure of transcoding feature

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
I downloaded using iOS Plex, and the server started transcoding. I waited for an hour but couldn’t start downloading, and usually it fails to download. Even though I have disabled transcoding in both my iOS settings and the server settings, it still transcodes. Please give us an option to completely disable the transcoding feature, okay?

Keep in mind… if your files aren’t compatible with the mobile app, you might end up with downloads that’ll fail to play.
